    Mindful Sport Performance Enhancement (MSPE) Group Training helps athletes enhance focus, regulate emotions, and perform under pressure using mindfulness techniques. Recommended for sport teams and academies. It is a 6-week mindfulness program including meditation, yoga and other mindfulness exercises.

    1on1 Coaching - 60 min

    Turn practice skills into game-time execution with our 12-week mental performance coaching program via phone calls and video conferencing. Learn the secrets to increasing self-confidence, improving focus, managing pressure & building mental toughness. This program includes a weekly coaching call and unlimited text and email correspondence.

    EEG Neurofeedback - 60min

    The EEG data is displayed on a computer screen in real-time. Through repeated sessions, the individual learns to alter their brain wave patterns (e.g. improve alpha waves).
    This training can lead to enhance an athlete’s cognitive abilities by better reaction time, improved working memory and sharp focus.

I am a mental performance coach, a mind architect, and a bridge between science and elite performance. My work is not just about training the mind—it’s about rewiring the way athletes, traders, and poker players approach pressure, decision-making, and peak performance.

For 16 years, I’ve lived across different countries, constantly adapting, learning, and mastering the art of mental resilience. Now, I take that experience and bring it to athletes in football, tennis, basketball, as well as professionals who play their own high-stakes games.

I don’t just talk about mental performance—I measure it, train it, and optimize it. With EEG analysis, Go/No-Go experiments, and real-time cognitive training, I help performers break free from negative automated thoughts, self-doubt, and the hidden barriers that hold them back.

My process is built on science, experimentation, and real-world application. I use neuroscience-backed training, psychological frameworks, and immersive tools to turn high performers into elite competitors who don’t just react but dominate under pressure.
